Attached are two pictures. We had three of the 150/200 watt LED running down the wall on the ceiling. We replaced the one in the corner with the new 300 Watt LED fixture. Wow! What a difference. It lights up our parts washer area so the guys can much better see the parts being cleaned up. That corner was always dark and was better when we installed the first LED fixture, but now with the 300W it is perfect.

This is a common fix. A corner is lit from one side only, since there's no fixture beyond it to fill in from the other direction, so it reads dark even when the rest of the room is fine. Rather than adding two more fixtures, stepping one corner fixture up a size solves it. Detail work like parts cleaning and inspection wants 50 to 75 foot-candles, well above what general shop lighting delivers.
