About ReefBar COMBO KITS

Combo kits are the whole tank's lighting in one order: four, six or eight ReefBars in matched lengths, priced lower per bar than buying them one at a time.

How to choose a kit

20–29 gallon (24–30 in) 4 x 1ft or 4 x 2ft
40–75 gallon (36–48 in) 4 x 3ft or 6 x 3ft
90–125 gallon (48–72 in) 6 x 4ft or 8 x 4ft

Bars run across the width of the tank, spaced evenly front to back. More bars means more even coverage and less shadowing behind rockwork — the thing a single overhead fixture never quite solves.

Running them

Split the kit across two timers or channels: whites on one, blues on the other. Blues come on first in the morning and stay latest at night, so you get a natural ramp and a blue viewing period in the evening. You'll need a 12V power supply sized to the total wattage, and splitters to run several bars off one supply.
