Worth noting the layout: 1,200 square feet, twelve fixtures, on a low 9-foot ceiling. Low ceilings need more fixtures spaced closer together, not fewer bright ones — that's what keeps the light even and stops you from seeing the fixture itself as a glare source when you look up.
