Collection: ReefBars

The original ReefBar: a slim 9-watt-per-foot LED bar that mounts over or inside a canopy and lights a tank evenly end to end. Lower output than ReefBar Pro, lower price, and often all a soft coral or planted tank needs.

The four versions

• 12000k white — crisp reef white, the main light on most tanks
• 2:1 12k white / blue — white with blue mixed in on the same bar, no second bar needed
• 453nm actinic blue — blue supplement and moonlight channel
• 8000k white — warmer white for freshwater and planted tanks

Good for

Fish-only and soft coral tanks, refugiums, sumps, frag tanks, planted freshwater, and as a supplement under or beside a bigger fixture. Because they're low profile, they hide inside a canopy or tuck under a rim where a full fixture won't fit.

Running them

Bars run on 12V. Pick a power supply that covers the total wattage of your bars, and use splitters and couplings to link several to one supply. Add an in-line dimmer from controllers & dimmers if you want to tune the brightness.
